Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for orders that haven’t been collected or delivered yet.
  • You’ll be refunded using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
  • Refund processing times:
    • Credit card: 5-10 business days
    • EFT: Up to 10 business days (after providing bank details)
  • A 15% fee applies to all refunds.

How to Return

  2. Let them know you want to cancel your order.
  3. We’ll process the refund if your cancellation is approved.
